nice idea but no kids to amuse here!Use them to stuff a homemade cushion or a sausage dog type draught excluder for a bottom of a door?
Looks like it will have to be this one, keep the socks in a bag, add old laddered tights when it is cold enough to wear them and I see they are last years old laddered one. Might make a cushion I think as I've got tons of draft excluders for the drafty little house.
Make a cushionhow do I do this?

I used to have a flatmate who would 'express' himself into an old sock and then wash it every so often and dry it on the radiator in the communal area. Ewwww - crusty socks. The memory of it has me shuddering:eek:DFW Nerd 941 Proud to be dealing with my debt

I wanted to know this too and now i think i may have to makes some can't wait.
Thanks guys.I love these, we used to make them at Brownies:D
I have saved the recipe:rotfl: for future reference:T
My gran used to make this but called it mallow roll! I found the recipe called fifteens on here somewhere and looked to see what it was - brought back fond memories so decided to make them!
ETA - re the boys bits conversation. My DS announced one day (about 8-9 mts ago) while fidgeting down there that his bot bot was wrigling! He had been messing with it for a while and it was indeed hard and wriggling! Made me laugh sooooo much. He also now pulls his man out of his pants so that the tip is poking out over his trousers and shouts look mummy my little man! Problem with this one was the first time he did it my mum and I took a fit of the giggles so now he thinks its hysterical :rotfl:Emma
