    Hi Everyone

Been swinging the lead big time! Although I have done a few bits today. We got the caravan out this morning ready to pack for when Miss A and W go next week. Was the only day Dad was free to help, they are even busier now they are retired!

Have done some shredding and filing but it is only the start ofit all. Once I can get to the cupboard where all the files live I will have no excuse for not filing immediately.

Miss A and W are off to Nannies for the night in a bit and I am off out (again!) tonight to the cinema with my friend courtesy of orange :D

well I decided to venture into DD's bedroom - which was very tidy as she'd tidied up ready for her friend coming over tomorrow - she's now moaning at me that I've messed it up! The problem is she just stuffs everything into her drawers - clothes or not - and there's nowhere now to put her clothes as she's filled all her drawers. So I've emptied them all and am now trying to sort everything out - I could be there a while!

    Anyone joing me for a HHC 3.15 - 3.45?

gtx - as the mum to a 16 year old I always knock and wait for an answer before going in. Think this is the way you will have to play it from now on, mind after last night he'll probably only do it in a locked room from now on!

I feel like I have spent all afternoon on the phone. I rang to ask about having water supplied to our barn conversion and was told that as it is over a year since I last applied that I have to start the process all over again. That entails pages of questions to answer and drawings and plans etc. So, I held my breath and rang the same number again, hoping it would be someone different who answered. I spoke to a lovely lady who took my reference number, looked it up and said 'That's all okay, we will send and new quote out to you'. I could have kissed her!!

I am now going to sit and sort out my grandmother's old writing desk that I have stuffed with cards etc. so much so that it won't close. Cup of tea anyone?

First thing first - Princess - HUGS, wish I had some of those really funky smilies about now. Wish I could add something to what the others have said, we're always here if you need us.
Gxt- That must have been soooo embarassing. Sorry but couldn't help giggling.

Just to let you know RANT ALERT!!!

ARGH! Just got back from the nurses. Apparently I 'probably' have a viral infection thats causing my nausea, and I'll just have to ride it out....that doesn't help me, I hate feeling soooo sick all the time....might just reappropriate my migraine meds some more, but I don't like doing it coz they'll stop being effective on my migraine sickness, not to mention I'll run out! Grrrrr, needs more ginger biscuits.....

On the flying front, I have a nice, clean and tidy kitchen:j, though I'll mess it up later when I make burgers, and the third load of washing is going through the machine.

Got a house viewing tomorrow, which has led me to thinking about movng and packing...I am the worlds worst for leaving things to the last minute to pack (just ask my mum, honestly, I'm really bad) just wondering if anyone had any tips, hints or ideas for packing stuff and the moving scenario, coz you ladies are a mine of info.:D
