the shoe cupboard tidy unearthed 3 pairs of trainers that needed washing both belonging to DD1 who will now be known as Imelda Markos:rotfl:

Unfortunately, whilst putting DD2 & 3 to bed it started raining on the washing & trainers I hadn't yet brought in!

forgot to say after a 2 wk rehab, we had a successful release of young puddle duck last night - tonight my friend text to say he's been to the pond and she's on the island with moorhens happy as larry!! i could cry!! :o
  • Yeah, we don't have to get dressed on here, I usually don't bother. Fly in my pj's and then get washed and dressed afterwards.

Are you joining in with us now then Patchwork Cat? We are a bit more relaxed than the American site.

Do you have a link to the American site so I can see what they are like?
Also, glad you're not feeling as bad now rosepink.

Nice to see you back funfairprincess and hollyh (hope you enjoyed your hols).

Well, we finally got to the beach and had a really lovely time. The sun was shining and the boys were in the sea for the whole time. I had one worrying moment where I had to leg it into the sea after my 5yr old son got in another little boy's inflatable dinghy and the boy let go of the rope and he started to drift out. At least he learned an invaluable sea lesson there.
I did a few more things from the list and will do a bit more once my tea has gone down!
