Hi guys

Got the rest of the week off cause my cars brake pads went on the car this morning, it's now in the garage, no wage now though so that's took the edge off my glee.

So, gonna use my time wisely and do stuff, the kitchen has already been done barring the mopping/quick sweep, hoovered it last night but needs doing again. Hung the washing out I put in this morning, another one just finished so will hang that out too, need to bring both bins in as they've been emptied, and lots of other things oh yeah! cut the front and back grass THEN strim the edges, oh an I'll have to walk to the shop for my bacci BOO!

THEN I'll do todays list...

If this bl@@dy cat jumps up on my benches one more time I'm gonna wring it's neck! (not really) It will not be told though! grrrr.

i don't like the new buttons either, if it aint broke, don't fix it

hi everyone

did you miss me? bet you didn't even notice i was gone:D

have had op on back - it's like a new start can't feel a thing, i still have to be careful because although the nerves have been frozen so i can't feel the pain i still have the problems, eventually will need major reconstructive surgery but doc trying to put off as long as poss as i'm still relatively young.

house doesn't look too bad dh and kids kept having a look on here to see what needed doing - it's not up to my mam's standard but then again it never will be:rotfl:

so, i'm behind because we were at way at the weekend so going to do yesterday and today, today - dh, myself and obviously kids are all off till next week so still have plenty of help.

will check in later

hugs

• Elf - it wasn't like that this morning, why do they feel the need to 'mend' something that isn't broken :confused:

Right RANT ALERT COMING:

Money blo£dy money, why does it go quicker than it comes in???
This last fortnight it's cost:

£450 for DH car to go through MOT
£198 for dentist, getting crown fitted tomorrow and having to pay for it tomorrow
£120 on hols - we'd saved £350 in coins since Xmas so it was like free money as we had never missed it
£75 overdraft charge on DH's old bank account, I know, I know I said I was keeping a watch on it, but that was for the new account!! DH thought that the direct debit for life insurance was swapped to new account - no it wasn't it went out of old account and I didn't spot it for 4 days

We are mega skint as a result, even drew out of the 'DO NOT TOUCH IT'S FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY ISA'!! DH gets paid on the 21st and me on the 28th. Still got £450 to pay out in direct debits and only have half of it!
Thank god for my overdraft is all I can say, though we will be paying catch up all next month.

Sorry for the rant, but just sat here bored rigid at work and it's all I can think of and nobody here to talk to about it. Sorry again, mine is a piddling crisis I know compared to lots of others xx

Can't offer advice carlsberg gal, but I can do hugs and positive vibes...both being sent to you, it's awful having money worries, my lowest point was when I had no electric, no gas, no food and no bacci and debt collectors knocking on the door, had nothing to give them - we had to trail over to ex's MIL's for our tea for weeks, awful just awful.

I've cut the back grass as far as the lead would allow - couldn't BA to howk out the extension lead from upstairs, need to do the front but it looks like it's gonna throw it down, think I'll chance it.

Eureka - think Lily cat's finally got the message, I shouted at her to GET OFF (the bench) and she scarpered lol

One of my customers has peed me right off, I always go and get her 2 weeks supply of ciggies when I go - I'm obviously not going and she's phoned to ask if OH would take me up to get them for her (he did some work there a couple of weeks back) she's on oxygen but has a car and a mobile unit  now I feel awful if I saY NO AND NOT REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO ASKING oh, HE'S FITTING A KITCHEN AT THE MO THE LAST THING HE'S GONNA NEED WHEN HE COMES IN @ 8PM IS A 20 MIN DRIVE TO TAKE ME UP THERE.....OH i HATE DILEMMAS. Soz caps lock.
