Got my letter of redundancy at the weekend which was nice as i've been on holiday.
Nothing in my staff handbook or contract about redundancy terms and payment. My letter says they pay stattarorry may be a bit more if I volunteer.
So I know it's £350 max per year on stat dependant on your age and salary. Should of said I've done 10 years service.
Will they also have to pay me 4 weeks notice or a week for every year I have worked???
Holiday pay will they owe any outstanding days but should they pay up for the year?
Does there needs to be a conultation period now and how long should this last?

Interesting that they have offered more if you volunteer - does it give details?
As statutory you would receive 10 weeks basic but this would, as you state, increase/decrease depending on your age - ie any years worked over the age of 41 would mean you would get 1.5 x statutory sum.
Your notice would be 10 weeks - if completed 10 years service and that obviously would be your normal weekly pay less tax, NI etc. However, they could make you work your 10 weeks notice.
Holiday pay would only be what is accrued, so if you are not at the end of your holiday year you will need to calculate.
Consultation is "meaningful" so can be as little as 1 week. However, if 20 or more redundancies must be minimum of 30 days and 100 or more redundancies must be 90 days.
You should be asked to attend meeting(s) regarding ways in which the redundancies can be avoided/limited. No meetings = no meaninful consultation.0
