All entrants to competitions promoted whactar.com must be 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
Employees and their families of Haymarket Media Group ("Promoter"), Honda UK, or any of their affiliates are not eligible to enter.
No purchase of any sort is necessary.
Only one entry per person.
All entries must be received by midnight on 28th September 2009.
The prize winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The prize draw will be witnessed by an independent observer.
The winner will be notified as soon as is practicable after the end of the competition and in any event within 28 days. Details of which can be supplied upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
If the Promoter cannot contact the winner within a reasonable length of time, another winner will be selected at random.
The winner must ensure that they are available to collect the prize, neither the promotor nor Honda UK will be liable for any travel expenses
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter may substitute the prize with another of a similar nature and/or comparable value.
The prize winner will not be entitled to a cash alternative.
The winner must have valid driving licence.
The winner must take part in any promotional activity for both What Car? and Honda.
By entering this competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion.
Spammers will be disqualified.
Any entry will be void if the Promoter deems it incomplete, illegible or has been made by an ineligible person.
Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
