Restricted buyer says "check out my feedback" and it's not that great!

Someone has emailed me re a BIN item saying "I really want this but you've set restrictions... please check out my feedback".
So I did... they've been a member for a matter of weeks and only got a handful of feedbacks... all positive but one of them (the first!) says they didn't pay!
I am wondering how to respond... have blocked them while I think about it. Item is low value but I feel that's not the point!

I had one last night
" I know that with postage this product will be £14.95 so can I have two for £20 please inc postage."
I've never just ignored one before, but after a stressful afternoon with my bruvs inlaws for the sake of my sanity I just pushed "delete"
And block.
Some times you've just gotta!
