ideal combi, no water from hot tap

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
have an ideal combi, no hot water/ no water at all coming from the hot taps. cold taps are fine.

all was fine this morning - but we have had the main stop !!!! on the pavement turned off all afternoon due to a burst pipe on the neighbours drive.

any ideas please?

    water running now - weird, airlock maybe but a sealed system so god knows what it was.

    I have to try this: The word is stopcock with no space.
