what are sainsburys playing at ?

Last week I applied online for the Standard credit card from sainsburys with the 12months 0%.

This morning i got a letter saying my new card is ready, reply today -signing the form etc.

However it says this card is no longer available but after assessing my info we can offer you the sainsburys bank visa card with a typical rate of 15.9%. Following this page it has the agreement which include in the special promotion section - 10months 0% on purchases

Have just checked the sainsburys bank website and the card is still on there as 12months.

what do i do?
can they advertise 12months and then say its not available???
