Hi Wilson, I can't help with your question unfortunately, but you might get a good response on the Silver Savers (over 50s) board if you post your query on there too. I had a will related question previously and I found them very helpful on that board.0

Im wondering if maybe i should change the will and become the executor as its quite a simple will although the bit about my son and his trust might be helped by a solicitors if my mother and i are no longer here,im just worried about major fees down the line, could anyone tellme if they have any ideas as to whats my best option,my mums 71 and im 36 but i do live a fast life and get in a few scrapes looking on the dark side but i may live to a 100 you never know.
How can you live like that if you have a young son? What would happen to him if something happened to you?:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0
