We've just had a man from Ponsford in Sheffield (fab furniture store) to have a look at our settee. It turned out that the creaking noises our settee was making was just the spring rail but while he was here he chatted to us about caring for the sofa, then he showed us how to care for our leather dining chairs and gave ideas for hanging our oak mirror. He could have just looked at the sofa and left straight away but he was really helpful. We have purchased quite a lot from Ponsford and our experience throughout has been first class, yes it is expensive but everything has been real quality. Well done Ponsford.
