Almost a year since I got my iPhone 3G. The other day I noticed that the dock connector lead for charging it was splitting at the USB connector so I went on the Apple website to see if I could get a replacement. Filled in their warranty request form and it came back and said they would replace it.
Made the warranty claim on Friday and the replacement arrived the very next day. Got to return the broken part within 7 days or they bill me £10 which is fair enough, return postage is free and they provided an envelope.
