Hello,

I currently have a listing on ebay for a childrens bedding set that is in ending in a few hours. I got this message this morning from a potential bidder:

I have got the whole range, but never got the oyal mail shouldn´t want much.
Bless you.
Sunny regards

I'm not sure if it's just me being a little dense but I really don't understand why this person has e-mailed me. Are they even asking a question as to me they just seem to be telling me they already have that set? What should I reply?

Thanks
Taliwillow

Personally I would put them on my blocked bidders list. If they can't string together a sentence that makes sense. Its bound to be trouble if they won.

I think that they may want you to split the set as they are missing a piece.

Quite often I have sent questions on eBay and the mouse/touchpad seems to jump all over the place and over write what I have already put.

I agree with the above. If you've already got other people who are interested in your item i.e. watchers or actual bids placed, then I'd block this person. If they can't even string a sentence together they probably dont even have the common sense needed to understand how ebay works!!! If they won then they'd be more trouble than they're worth!

I agree, they sound like they want a particular item from the set you are selling. It may be worth sending a message back asking what they mean & then if you still are not comfortable block them.

Thanks all. Fortunately someone else won the listing but I have now realised that the person asking the question was from Spain so as far as I am aware they probably wouldn't have been able to bid as I have my accounts set up to block overseas bidders.

    Thanks again.
