Outside Wembley stadium is your best bet. For anything else its far too late. Plus outside Wembley you may make a profit as people that missed out will pay more.
MSE allowed me to see the light
  • It's illegal to resell football tickets at all. Just official supporters exchange by the club are allowed. This is to avoid away and home supporters mixing in the stands.
If you are selling outside Wembley and the police sees you it'll be trouble.

And BTW, it's Manchester United or Man United, Man U is extremely disrespectful.

    Man U is extremely disrespectful.

    Just wondering, why?

  • Just wondering, why?

It's related to the Munich air disaster in 1958. I remember Sheringham being told off by SAF when he accidentally said Man U once. And ITV had lots of complaints recently for having MANU instead of MUTD on the scoreboard!
I understand that 90% of living people do not know that "Man U" is one of the most offensive and disrespectful nicknames ever given to a club.
    Let me tell you why.
The origin of the term "Man U" is a song to insult the deceased Duncan Edwards. The Leeds fans (not to knock on any Leeds fans out there, but this is fact) created their own version of the song to insult all the men that died in the Munich air disaster of 1958.
Rival supporters have since adopted this term for the same use: To insult the men who died in Munich.
The song went something like this:
"Man U, Man U, went on a plane! Man U, Man U, never came back again!"
"Man U, never intended in coming home!"

I am not angry at anyone who has used this term, as it is not common knowledge.
Just know that it is used to offend not only Manchester United, but the memory of the Munich air disaster.
I hope that makes it a bit clearer that saying "Man U" is a mortal insult, particularly to the older supporters.
Appropriate names are as follows: Manchester United, Man United, United, Red Devils.
That is why we chant, "There's only one United!"

He said he still enjoyed it but you would have thought not considering the amount of swearing coming from him!

I ended up getting dragged along (I'm a stereotypical girl who's sooner go shopping!) to fill a seat but thanks for the help and...erm...debate everyone!
