Hey guys I have stumbled across a new website that has just launched were an ex-estate agent is giving away all the secrets of estate agents. He was an ex agent himself. The site is small but he has been adding stuff over the past few days. He says he can save you money by giving us all inside info ob agents and how they work.

I've read the blog and it's mainly common sense, nothing groundbreaking on it and nothing that couldn't have been answered by the many EA's on this site.
I have my suspicions! :rolleyes:My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
