Standard Life crunch vote

Sunday Times Scotland
"....There is still work to do to convince enough members to back the plans. It is by no means a foregone conclusion that 75% will vote in favour at the SGM, although the implications of a negative vote are too scary to consider...."
The Sunday Independent
"....The City and most industry specialists argue that Standard Life has no option other than to demutualise, since staying as a mutual limits its capacity to raise money for expansion...."0 -
