Hi everybody,
I m new in this forum.
I ve got a question. I m holding a bank account and unfortunately sometimes I couldn't pay a Direct Debit and my bank charged me everytime £30.00 and of course plus £25.00 for over limit. It's happened several times and when I ve been overlimit my bank charged £25.00 for a maximum 3 times par month... You could imagine how many moneys they got it from me.
Do you know if I can get back all the money I gave to this bank?? If yes how can I claim back?
thank you for your help I really appreciate because it's not fair what they did with me and how they are treating me everyday.
Please help me to get all back

Enay

Have a looked at https://www.bankchargeshell.co.uk and https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk and you should find the answers there.

I am in the process of getting £615 back from Barclays. Received letter today offering me £275 as a goodwill gesture. Call me greedy but I want it all! And nothing else will do...

    Good luck

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
