                    hello all
i am in a dmp plan nearly payed it off.had a look at my credit report and saw capital one had put a default notice on my report on the 31/01/2009.noe i had a letter from them in may saying i had defaulted . even tho not heard from them for ages. so phoned them up and they said arrh yes your in a dmp there mistake take no notice of the letter.but i have this default .if i pay the remainder of the debt.how do i get the default off my credit report.i hope i have made it clear

 Put it in writing to Capital One and write as you have written here and ask them to remove the default.hello all
