I have a kingston micro sd memory card for my nokia 6301. My phone is broken and i need to restore my new phone with the back up from the memory card, however upon placing memory card in new phone it is requesting a password which I do not remember placing on the card or I have forgotten?! Is there anyway of accessing info on card at all? any help appreciated, TIA :D

Why not read the files on the card using your PC, then transfer the files you need to your phone?
Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!

if you do get the data off, reformat it to get rid of the password before using it again

Due to the card being password protected the pc won't even acknowledge it. thanks both for your advice though.
