Michael Jackson Ticket Refunds - anyone having problems?

Just wondered if anyone else was having problems with getting a refund from ticketmaster?
I applied for a refund about 5 weeks ago. Said it could take up to 21 days.
After 21 days and no refund I called ticketmaster, who said that I just had to be patient, and that it was 21 working days, not 21 days.
So i waited to the 21 working day mark, and called again.
Still no luck, cant give any indication as to when I'll get refund, details are all correct on the refund application I done.
Only thing they said they could do was to fill in the form for me again, and at the very most it would be another 21 days.
Anything I can do to get this money back quicker?

Thanks JannineW, it does say on the automated line please allow up to 21 days for refund.
Was just wondering if there was any way to "hold" them to that, since they stated 21 days and have breached it.0 -
I think you will just have to keep pestering them for the refund. I'm sure you'll get it in the end but given the scale of the job to do all these refunds you'll just have to be patient. If MJ hadn't have died, you would have gone or be going to concert anyway so would be no worse off! Frustrating yes but if others are getting refunds from Tickemaster there is no reason why you shouldn't get yours.0

I'm also still waiting for a refund and it's been way more than 21 days. Personally I'm not sure about the whole souvenir ticket thing and wonder if it was an idea to try and give some fans a reason to let AEG and Ticketmaster hang on to their money. The concert I'm waiting for a refund on was scheduled for July. You'd have thought I'd have had the ticket by now given I've requested to keep one of them but Ticketmaster have advised me that no tickets have gone out yet. As for the refund I find it astonishing that the Michael Jackson Opus which I ordered through Ticketmaster last week and is not published until December has already been debited from my card and yet I'm still waiting for a refund for an event that was scheduled for July. I don't even want to give Ticketmaster the benefit of the doubt given the size of the operation, after all it was a pretty big operation to sell all the tickets for the 50 shows in record time. I can garuntee there's not one single person that had to wait more than 48 hours for the money to be taken.0
