Radiator pipe is covered with green stuffs. Anybody knows what they are, it seems so sort of leak. There was a settee behind the radiator and I have just bought the house and noticed this. Thanks

Will be flux from pipe soldering
The acidity of the flux can cause it to eat thro the copper pipe
Wet rag is all it takes to remove when installedHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
it's a slow leak, the moisture leaves residue behind, (chemicals in the water). let me guess, it's on the last bit of copper before entering the radiator valve? this will be a compression fitting, you can try to tighten the nut, good chance of stopping the leak but have a drip tray ready in case it becomes worse.
hthPlease note, we've had to remove your signature because it was sh*te!1
