Moving AOL address book

Does anyone know how I can move the whole of my AOL address book to Google Mail?. Google mentions using a CSV file but I am getting nowhere with this. I don't want to delete the address book from AOL just want to move a copy of it. Hope someone can tell me an easy way. Thank you in advance..

Add the AOL account onto Outlook then import the address onto it, then export it onto a spreadsheet...0

- Import your address book in text format in Thunderbird.
- Export your address book in CSV format in Thunderbird.
- Import you address book in CSV format in Gmail.
