BT Shares - Sell or Keep

I've been offered the special share dealing service from BT to sell the 110 shares I'm holding for my son. the cost to sell them is 15p per share - £16.50 - is this a good deal and should I sell now or wait?

Transfer the shares, free of charge (assuming it is a paper certificate) to Halifax sharedealing, and their charge is £5 for selling the entire lot.
