I second the Hairspray suggestion....honestly, it really works!

Its the alcohol too, along with the solvents which make it easy to remove.

Honestly - just spray it on and wipe it off......simple as... x

hairspray works well - so do some babywipes, and ordinary soap on a flannel! a lot depends on the finish of the leather and/or the type of ink. but if one doesnt work try another method!
  • A friend of mine had a cream leather sofa and her 3 yr old decided she wanted to turn it blue and promptly coloured it in! Hubby spoke to someone at work and they suggested hairspray too- it came off a treat and they didnt need to go and buy a new sofa!

  • A friend of mine used Cif and it came up beautifully.

I had a search on the sticky index but it isnt mentioned. My lovely toddlers inked biro on my off green leather suite. Ive used a spray cleaner called wizz for leather . Its faded the ink but its still there. Does anyone know how to remove it please?

If you decide to try any of these, test on an unseen bit first.

    Hi ya ,

I have a cream leather suite which managed to get blue biro marks on .... i sprayed some hairspray onto a clean white rag and rubbed the marks off .... They came off really easily ....

As your suite is green i would do as " Badrick " suggests and try it first on a part that is not seen ...
