FSA Warning

The FSA have issued a warning about Jeffrey Flanders (Consulting) Ltd. It can easily be verified by googling. Essentially it warns that he has no records due to a storm!! He is uncontactable and anyone who thinks they were insured by him should check by contacting the actual company concerned. Some people are not insured, despite having paid premiums to the above company.

One of the FSA's requirements is that companies they regulate must have a contingency plan, it does not look like this company did.
The odd thing is brokers using generic broking software for their clients record up keep normally have their recorded back up on the software providers servers. It looks like this broker was not using this type of software0 -
The gentleman who runs it was found not guilty of fraud a while back. Seems he had no intention of doing anything illegal and the jury agreed. So that is reassuriing.0
