These auctions look fishy.....

I was going through some mobile phones for the past 3 days. I have come about many sellers selling 4 phones in one auction and they go for about £300 which is a bargain. The sellers also state how they get the phones really cheap.

Looking at the feedback, everything looks good but Im kinda curious on how they get the hones for soo cheap, they say they can provide you with some info but is it all legit? plz shed some light on this, i havnt gotta clue.

Hmm, although his f/b is private, if you find his buyers you can find the f/b they left him.

Lol - he didn't! The guy who bought the mobile was the guy who left the neg for the seller that the OP mentioned. The f/b the link I posted is for the buyer, not the seller - as I said, the only way to see the seller's f/b is to go to his buyers f/b and look what they left for him. Except a lot of his 'buyers' haven't.

LULEBELLE, how can you do this? I mean how can you get to people who have traded with a private seller? That can be very useful to see what one is dealing with when they are hiding their feedback. :beer:

Would you put 4 phones together with no reserve? Or would you sell each phone individually and make about 100x the money?

Easy to spot a lot of scams this way, why are they sharing their secrets when they could, in theory, be making thousands from them!
