sub account disconnects help

hi, i use bt. my main account is fine ,
i have just started to use the sub account after a few years ,just to receive e-mail ,i sign in ok the front page comes up ,i go to mail page and start reading the e-mails... then after a while a pop up comes up and say been disconnected ... the top of page by name say disconnected too...i have to sign out and sign in again.. and it all starts again ... any ideas please to stop this disconnect ?
i am on firefox browser with yahoo toolbar
