Bathrom Suites etc - Victoria plumb?

Hiya, just looking for some advice basically. Just looking for a half decent place to buy a bathroom suite and shower (plus enclosure). I have been looking at victoria plumb and their gear seems fairly cheap. However, I was discouraged when I googled the company and found a lot of bad reviews as well as thread on this website that was a few months old with mixed reviews.

I certainly can't afford to buy top of the range bathroom equipment, so I am looking for a cheap value for money website to buy it from. The other alternative to VP was Wickes, it is slightly more expensive but some of the stuff is within my budget. I don't really want to spend any more than £2,000 and I need the following:

Bath
Toilet
Basin
Shower + enclosure
large heated towel rail
plus all taps, waste, fittings etc

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to buy from. Thanks, Mark.

we just done our bathroom and got ours from here. We got a lovely extra larger p shaped bath inc shower screen for just £279. Might be worth a peek.

We got a curved chrome towel rail and lovely square chrome (monserti I think they were called) from screwfix and they were only £50 for the taps and £60 for the towel rail

Try PTS. We are getting most of our bathroom stuff from them (thanks to reccomendations on here) and they have come in cheaper than any online retailer I can find.

For £2000 or less you should get a fantastic suite, taps and shower

PTS hold good stocks and stock main trade brands such as Ideal Standard, Twyfords, Manhattan,Flair,Mira etc

Best of all you deal in person in branch...Not some salesman on the end of a phone!

Fellow forum users, WARNING DO NOT USE 4bathrooms.co.uk as you are at serious risk of being ripped off!!!!!!
Just look at the evidence from previous customers who have had dire experiences with this bunch of crooks. All of these people can not be wrong. You are at high risk of being ripped off!!!!

Anyone who uses this company must be bonkers if they read all forum comments then proceed to ignore them.

Truely the worst company and staff of people we have EVER had to deal with.

They promise you goods they cannot supply.

They take your money straight away give you a delivery date - but it never comes - you email them - they never reply - you ring up - its coming tommorrow - no it doesnt - ring up - we never said it was coming then - its coming next week - it doesnt - terrible attitudes from all staff - still no delivery date - weeks after it was meant to come-

They lie to you and there customer service is non existent, they keep your money for weeks and weeks and it messes up your life with false delivery dates and fitting appointments etc etc etc

I really wouldnt want anyone to go through the hassle i have had to go through with this outfit...
