Ok so I'm getting really confused, some people have told me they can and others have told me they cant. I'm hoping you guys can clear this up for me.
Have a 340 eleccy bill and have recieved a notice that they will be cutting me off if its not paid, due to numerous things I havent got round to ringing them n cant afford that in one lump sum, I've tried to speak to them reasonably about it ebfore and only end up with them telling me I have to be paying £125 every month, something I cant afford!
What are my options? Just tried phoning again and couldnt get through after 30 mins on hold, on my mobile (no landline) i cant afford that!

No they will probably fit a prepayment meter which will take your debt back each week at a certain amount and you pay for your usage in advance so you can't fall behind. Best to organise this yourself before the company applies for a warrant as this will ad hundreds of pounds on to your debt.0

Trouble is I live in rented and am moving in 19 days. Have spoken to my parents and they are gonna pay it. Which I really dont want but like my mums pointed out its better to go into a new place fresh n out of debts than carry it on.

i find its better if you create a spreadsheet of your ins and outs so you can look at it and see where the money is going, the debt free wannabee board is best place0
