How to avoid being identified through user name?

    How will they know that Be Happy is you? Is that your real name?

    Also I'm sure the company would be delighted if you are praising them.

    If I understand the OP correctly, he is not worried about the effect of his praise as such, but that his username would be compromised because once you know who is who you know that all the other posts by this users are by the same person.

    Whatever the reasons, there may be some factors which Be Happy knows will affect his privacy.

    However, as I said above, starting thread this and then springing up as a newbie with a rave review will not do wonders for preserving said privacy.

    I see it as something 'strange but good' happened and Be Happy wants to tell everyone about the good thing; but in doing so will compromise their privacy as the good thing is a rarity.

    Starting a new user name; which the OP won't use for anything else will make it look like a spammer.

    Perhaps Be Happy could tell people about the strange but good thing, without as much detail so as to compromise their privacy?
