If it says "up to" 1800mm, then it does not actually say that there will be any at 1800mm. I would imagine that even if there was only one at that length they would still be fire proof. I think that the clue is the word "random lengths" It does not give any indication of how many at each length you can expect in each pack. It might well be that other packs do have some at 1800mm. It is probably just the luck of the draw as to what you get.I can afford anything that I want.
