I signed up for a months free trial which gave me a free £10 amazon voucher. Was quite excited about the service so I signed up for 3 discs a month unlimited. However, took well over a week for the first ones to arrive and then 2 out of the 3 didnt work. They resent some discs and one of the replacements didn't work either! In total for the month I received 11 discs, 4 of which didn't work at all and one of which froze halfway through. Two of the discs they sent were lost in the post! The guy I cancelled with was very nice and understanding but I made sure I cancelled in plenty of time so could be no quibble about when discs were sent back.0
