Feedback on ebay is a bit of a joke these days, really.

Do you communicate with buyers? I tend to drop them a line on despatch, asking them nicely to confirm receipt, or leave feedback to indicate they're happy.

I had 5 x 'Good' left for me once by a buyer. Some people just don't care about the feedback thing especially.

i always leave feedback, but it will all say the same on a particular day. So for example, if i have ten sold items to leave FB for, I'll put 'excellent buyerm thankyou' and then copy and paste for the other 9. It's nothing personal just time saving. most people wont even read your f/b comments, they'll just look at your % positive and judge you on that.
No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!:D

    Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target :(
