Seal gone on fridgefreezer

I've a Candy fridgefreezer and the seal has gone in the top corner as the
door opens. Its only 5yrs old and until last year I was paying Domestic
& General for the warranty. Due to financial circumstances I had to cancel
it and now this has happened.

Does anybody know if its possible to buy the seal and fit it yourself?? I
really don't have the money for a new one and the freezer part is perfect,
its just that the fridge freezes almost everything in it, including the milk
in the door!!

Is it possible to fix myself? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

KDC
