urgent help needed with international calls

Hi, Im sorry to bother you but I need some urgent help. I need to phone america and cancel an order, I've tried e-mailing but they insist on a phone call. I have found a site through here called discount dial which will make it cheaper the problem is I dont know how to put in their number
1-800-615-1324 or +1-916-414-2921 I have tried both but they are not recognised I dont know how to put + in on the phone. Thanks in advance for your help

The + is the internationally-recognised symbol for any country's international dialling code.
Hence, you need to dial 00 1 800 615 1324.
Mainland USA is between 5 hours (east coast) and 8 hours (west coast) behind GMT.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
