ARGOS DISCOUNT WAREHOUSE

Haven't seen this one posted...I live in Corby and we've had an argos discount warehouse (called clearance bargains) open up....the rumour is that they have the warehouse rented for six months....
They have lots of mobiles etc and in the run up to christmas they had lots of toys....haven't been up there recently but most things were 25%-50% cheaper.
Hope this helps someone.....it is my first post.

The orginal poster wrote "Corby". A town on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border once employing thousands of Gaelic Scots in the steel industry...sadly no more due to Mrs "T" and the flood of cheap imports.0 -
Hi msp05 ( too lazy to type out your full name, lol)
Welcome to the boards! ;D
This was actually mentioned in the Argos threads a while back. The general opinion was that there were a few good bargains but nowhere near as good as the RO sale generally.
I think the advice was: if you live close then it was worth a visit but it perhaps wasn't worth travelling miles for.
The stock will probably change though so you never know............. ;DHerman - MP for all!
