reclaiming bank charges for natwest through company called i smart advantage claims

has anyone heard of i smart advantage claims, we are claiming our charges through them. fed up waiting for news on when we will get charges back. does anyone have any info ?

    all bank charges reclaims are on hold. if you read martins guide yo reclaiming bank charges you will find all the info there. its here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/

    i think you will find it a great help.

    forgot to mention if you are in financial hardship you can claim back

    Unless you can prove financial hardship of course.

    If you apply via the courts, the courts will simply ' stay ', your case, until conclusion of the test case.
