I had made five appointments for Siemens to check sons electric meter,
Had to drive 44 miles both ways each time , every appointment no one came, so rang to complain and made yet another appointment,after five let downs I told them Im expecting some form of compensation, they eventually wrote a letter asking me to get in touch, I did this recorded it and asked for £72-00, To my amazement I got £60-00 to go into my bank,
the funds have gone towards garden furniture 2 chairs .table ,and parrasol, was £124-99 brought it for £49-99,thats what I call a bargain from Dunelm0
