Conveyancing Checks

I have ajust appointed a solicitor to complete conveyancing for my property purchase,do they check your credit rating? Reason I ask is, I had an outstanding balance on a credit card with Abbey until 3 months ago,I then paid it off. To my suprise, this month it is now showing as I owe it again, have spoken to abbey who state they have made a mistake and the account is CLOSED.They say they cant update it till 17th August,Im worried this may show up if conveyancing solicitor does a check, and will tell mortgage lender who thinks i dont have it?

Conveyancing checks things to do with the house you are purchasing, they wont check your credit rating - this will be checked by your mortgage lender.Mortgage - £37k
Credit Card (A&L) -[STRIKE] £2300 -[/STRIKE] £1200
Santander Credit Card - [STRIKE]£1400[/STRIKE] £1100
[STRIKE]OD - A&L - £1300[/STRIKE] GONE!!!
