    I work for one of the companies you mentioned in your thread, namely Claim Squad and just to answer your question, we introduced our cash back scheme last month.

    So basically you're throwing money at people to encourage them to make claims?

    Do you parasites not realise that this compensation culture is going to ruin our country?

    Any company which offers money to take claims on i would avoid like the plague.

    What is the difference between pi lawyers paying insurance companies much heftier commissions for referrals and simply paying the injured party direct? (Much less than the current going rate when the "lead" comes from the insurer)
