Blackberry wine is one of the best, normal old white sugar used, no need for special types

On growing them, try & find the tastiest / biggest to take cuttings from, or maybe even buy a named variety for sure fire results?

  • A demijohn is just a glass bottle with a thin neck. There's a thread in old school about using an asda 5l water bottle and a balloon with a hole in the top to make wine. Just remember things should be kept sterile and sanitary to make wine. Blackberry wine tastes a bit like Port I find. Good stuff!
