The Csa could always take what they want because the judge at L0s is not allowed to question the Csa calcs by law.
To make a Csa decision fresh that's out of time just ask the question again and the Csa will reply that it is out of time. This reply then makes the subject fresh again and Csa appeals will deal with it. That was told to me by a Csa employee and it works.
The biggest problem with the Csa is maladministration. It's horrific. Also they believe they have the power to do what they want.0
