    good question, and I'd like to know the answer to it too.

    My situation is that our buyers are first time buyers, and we're not buying a house straight away, so it should be relatively straight forward, and there's no reliance on other people.

    I hoping for it to be sorted by the end of May.

    Our searches came back tuesday and we are completing monday, we are trying to do things quickly!
    we have love enough to light the streets.
