Alliance & Leicester ISA transfer out

I transferred a cash ISA to A&L in January 2009 from Halifax.

Its called an Easy ISA when I look on the online account - paying 2.5% I think including 12 month bonus.

7 months on I am considering moving to Intelligent Finance which ironically is part of the hbos (where I moved ISA from in first place). The only advantage is .25% extra. Not decided for definite.

Question - if I move the ISA out from A&L do I still get the 2.5% for the 7 month period or is it reduced interest as its before 12 months - I am of the opinion there are no penalities for withdrawal and 2.5% is just the rate for 12 months.
