FEDEX - Rant

Just a rant about fedex. I've been waiting for a parcel, as I normally get quite a few sometimes I forget whats expected. I checked this morning and realised that I had no received one that I was expecting from Fedex. I checked the online tracking. It states that they had tried to deliver on Monday and left a card?
I work from home, have a dog that hears the slightest knock at the door. I was in all day Monday. So no way did they try and deliver. No card was left. I have double checked
SO I looked out a Phone number. They then gave me a local one to phone. I phoned this number. They put me on hold. 20 mins later I hung up and redialled was put on hold 20 mins later I hung up. I phoned again and told them not to put me on hold. They then checked my parcel and said it would be redelivered monday morning. No Apology nothing. Oh well at least I'll get the parcel.
I'm just glad I don't use Fedex to send any of my Parcels

Unfortunately all carriers are only as good as the person doing the collection and thedelivery. It seems to be a frequent complaint that drivers claim to leave a card when they have too many deliveries to do in a day. More of a problem if you are somewhere remote and they can save considerable time by missing your delivery.0

As much as the drivere was at fault for saying I wasnt there and that he left a card. The compant could have done something about my 40 minutes spent on the phone. Very unimpressed with the whole company0
