Fake itemon Ebay, seller want it back

I order a kabauki brush from Ebay. Seller stated that it's real Chanel I have it for a week and went to check in Boots it's definitely very different. I emailed seller but didn't reply me for 4 days so I filed Paypal dispute. she/he wants it back to send back on my expense (recorded) I emailed seller I'm happy to send it back but I already have used it so to let the seller know not to be reason not to pay
o refund me later another 3 days no response. I think I'm not very happy with this but send it back why do I need to pay to send it back? there is no communication from seller too what should I do?

if you do not send it back recorded then there is no proof you sent it if it goes missing and you will not recieve your money back

If you can get someone (Boots?) to verify it's fake with a written statement, then you can open a paypal dispute, show them the proof it's fake, and you shouldn't have to send it back.

You will, however, need to send it off to trading standards as it will need to be destroyed.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
