Can I please have some help.
My sister is looking for a laptop for under £400 mainly for uni work, watching dvd's and web browsing.
I've been having a bit of a look around for her and have come up with these.

Can you please give me some idea of whether these are value for money, or if there is better out there for the same price.
Thank you in advance for your help

I'd be tempted by: http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/-/654/861/-/11294832/Acer-Aspire-5535-Turion-64-X2-RM-72-2-1GHz-4GB-320GB-15-6-DVD-SM-Vista-Home-Premium-Laptop-Notebook/Product.html?searchtype=genre although it is the lower of the newer "Lion" range of AMD processor - still good.
http://www.cdiscount.co.uk/Computing/laptops/acerlaptops/acer-aspire-5520g/f-1087-181133.html is a slightly older processor but packs the features into the laptop.
The dell is sturdy, nice design but basic in features compared to what you've outlined - but does give piece of mind. Hmm!0
