No sound in Freeview

Hi,
Wonder if anyone can advise what I can to do to get sound with my Freeview box. I have tuned it into the tv, and the "ordinary" channels BBC1, 2, ITV and Ch$ are fine, good picture, good sound. I also tuned in the Freeview box and although I get a great picture on most of the channels, absolutely no sound coming through. This is a set I use in the kitchen (used to be in the bedroom, but we upgraded that one). I have an indoor aerial and it seems to be working fine, just the sound.
Any ideas would be most welcome.
thanks,

There are several things it ~might~ be, but here's one possibility that's easy to check:
Some Freeview boxes have the option to connect the sound output to a surround sound processor via "digital out", and if that is selected they often mute the sound on the SCART output. Check the setup menu on the freeview box and if digital out is selected, try turning it off.0 -
Give the scart lead a wriggle to make sure that it is fully seated.0

Our freeview 'locks up' at times and needs to be switched off from the mains for a second or so for the sound to come back.0

What a wonderful place this is. I now have sound :j so that washing dishes, doing ironing etc will be much easier!
Many thanks to all of you. :T

So please tell us all what cured it?;)0 -
I'm not sure EXACTLY what "cured" it, but I went to menu, configured it, also I wiggled the scart and bobs yer uncle! I had SOUND.
thanks again!
