Taking Currys to small claims court

I have had it with currys tech guys lack of customer care, to cut a long story short-

Took a laptop to be repaired, given to someone else, then when i got back repairs not satisfactory.

The problem is they will not respond to any of my emails over this, besides sending a reciept email saying it will be dealt with. So i get left with a sub standard repair.

I have decided to either take them to the small claims court to resolve this, or should i go through trading standards.

To be honest it is mainly a principle thing now as i believe that the average shopper (like me) is constantly bruched off when there are issues.

Anyone know how to go about this, i know small claims will cost me but im prepared to pay for justice!!!! (i had my fist in the air at that point)
