How much for plastering ceiling?

Pl can somebody give me an idea how much I should be paying to have my ceiling redecorated 12x12ft. I am having some works done and the price was quoted include only patch plastering. I assume the whole ceiling needs to be redecorated as it has got wallpaper on it. Also a quote for kitchen and bathroom ceiling, no wallpaper just might need to be replastered and redecorated. Small rooms 9x8ft. Will appreciate some quotes. Currently a builder is overseeing the works for me but I think since he is getting the tradesmen to do the work, his quotes are more expensive.
